New Beginnings, Platform, and Adventures
I truly enjoy forensic science, from the smallest of details to everything coming together in the end. Hell, I even tried to pursue getting my bachelor's, but life got in the way. I still have a strong passion for law and forensic science. But I am pretty sure I love solo RPGs more.
Since school no longer took up headspace, I searched for things that could fill that in. I mean, having kids definitely does. I don't know how people can do more than two. 😅 I needed something that could keep me focused outside of life, still have fun, and stay creatively sane. Turns out solo RPGs were exactly what I was looking for. I accrued so many fucking games. A lot I haven't cracked open and may still be in the original shipping box. 🙃😬
I've had this idea of wanting to explore the different games in my pile of shame and tell my experiences trying them out. I originally made all of this for my YouTube channel, where I wish I could have done better, given the time and space. But they raised the bar on monetization, and lately the platform has been getting negative attention for changes that affect content creators.
Nevertheless, I had this idea bouncing in my head that I just needed to get out. I slowly started combining my interests and the things I love doing.

Exhuming Adventures! Where I will dig up some games, brush off the grave dust, and examine their contents. (Sound morbid? That is the vibe I am hoping to give off.) This series aims to be a deep analysis. We will explore the game through an ongoing playthrough, explaining its systems as they appear and the ins and outs of how they work at the table.
I really wanted to start with the first game that connected me to the scene and one of the reasons I fell in love with playing solo RPGs/TTRPGs.
